Ripoff FHA HUD homes predator lendingflipping to local families

M&T Mortage Corp has ripped off us lower income families and have discriminated against. Appaisors falsefy on vc forms that our homes do meet fha/hud standards which in reality do not. This is called predator lending (flipping). FHA should be more invoulved in insured homes loans so that realitors do not deveate off guidelines and help protect the clients as well as theirselves.

There is power in numbers need more families to come together in resoulving these issues and help one another. Every one to go to House of Rep at same times so something can be done, and help us people, this is and has happened to, and to stop any further hurting of us American people, they will be forced to listen and be brought out in the publics eye.

I purchased a Fha/Hud insured home in 2001 in which M&T supplied me the loan, which appraisor falsefy vc forms stated my home did meet Fha/Hud protocal in handbook 4150-2, in reality it did not, Have been fighting for 5 yrs and pushed thru the system till statue of limitations ran out for any leagal actions thou i have documentations from day one. AS of July 24 my Electrical services will be servered due to not meeting National Electricle Standards (which was purchased as so),

My property is considered to be an electricle hazard to the cumminity at which time my family and i will be out on the streets, i am Dissabled with no place to stay nor go, but yet i am expected to pay on a house i cannot legally live in due to that time will be come condemned due to existing, continueing problems with structual failure and safety hazzards that aslo were falsied on vc forms, which thru out the 4-5 yrs living there have had 2 fires that were registered with local fire dept.

This same mortage corp has done this to another local family and i am need of locating more. The lendors (M&T) and hud are turning a blind eye and passing the buck. I am on yahoo as salsalvatorecannizzaro... Please help one another before it destroys your life like it has mine...
