A few months ago, I contacted sextasy novelties to inquire about a few products and I thought that the staff was knowledgeable since they work for the company. Sadly for me, I was mislead and due to health and safety concerns we are unable to accept any return of opened novelty items. I can understand the reason for not being able to return but when you call beforehand and ask question and they mislead you what other alternative do you have. I am very upset and will not deal with this company again.
