We ordered an item in April. Three days later, our VISA was charged by SunCoast. We have never received our order. The order status page on their web site shows the item and the order number. We have sent numerous emails to the company and received no reply. We called both their toll-free number and their regular number, only to be put on voice mail. Of course, no reply. We have faxed SunCoast numerous times. No reply. We have filed a complaint with the Florida State Attorney General. We expect that to be a low-priority issue to him. We have filed a "charge-back" claim through our credit union and VISA. People who are considering a similar move should be aware that getting your money back by way of a complaint to their credit card complaint is not a done deal by any means. You may temporarily have your credit card credited for the disputed amount, but there is no guarantee that the credit will be permanent. Potential customers of SunCoast Novelties should be extremely wary of ordering anything from them.in preparation to submitting this complaint, we have returned to www.sunconovelties.com and find that it is not fully functional anymore. Many of the links do not pop up as of right now. So, what are they up to? Skipping town?
