Every time it rains, snows, drizzles, the sun shines too bright, the birds chirp too loud, EVERY TIME ALL THE TIME IT GOES OUT. Seriously, there's more channels that don't work than actually do, we've counted. I've watched bootlegs with less interruption. You might as well get a converter box and a good dvd collection.
