I purchased a tv from comet in november with 5 yr warranty. July of this year speakers faulty and collected for repair, also made them aware of fault on screen. Tv returned 2 weeks later and screen went off. Collected again and told screen replaced, 2 weeks later tv returned and screen marked and dollowing morning tv wouldn't work at all, collected once again, now been 2 months with no tv. Now being told it needs a new panel? And there for as it can be repaired will not be written off? No mention of damage to screen. Contacted warrenty company who say cannot do anything needs to contact sales??? This warranty cost 429.00 and not worth the paper its written on by the looks of it.
