I ordered the demo pack which I had to pay 4.95 p&p. I did not receive this demo pack but was charged for p&p. Around the 24th August I received a parcel which was the full product even though I had not requested this at anytime. On the 28th I noticed that a sum of $99.99 had been taken from my account by this company without my consent. I was infuriated by this so I immediately tried to phone them but was unable to get through, even now whenever I try to phone I cannot get any answer from them. I have had to instruct my bank to put a stop to any requests made for any type of payment from this company. I am now at a loss as to what I am able to do to get the money back that should not have been taken in the first place. I seriously cannot believe the audacity that this company has to feel the need to target and manipulate innocent consumers like myself and many others out there who have fallen victim to this scam. This company needs stopping and made to answer for their underhanded actions before many others are made to suffer from something like this again.
