June 29 @ 8:40pm I ordered the product. July 11th I received the product.
July 18th, 19th and 20th I tried to contact customer service instead I got a voice message saying they were unable to take my call, to leave my name, number, so I did and a brief message. No one ever called me back.
July 20th I went to my bank to check my account, but the $99.00 had already been taken from my account. I never opened it, (because I had a allergic reaction to another product I had used, that had not cleared up yet). I had 10 days free trail from the the date. Lush Illuminate had already billed my account before the 10 day trail expired. July 24th I received another package from Lush Illuminate. I'm very disappointed that Lush Illumiate can do this to consumers and should be fined, and shut down.
