Dear asus iam writing in regards to my laptop the use took away for repair in july iv made many phone calls an i just keep getting pasted around to letmerepair and asus a lady i spoke to told me the unit was geting fixed free off charge from asus then i receved a letter saying i will have to pay 190 pounds or 40pounds to get my unit back iv now recived a letter saying there going to scrap the unit with in 30 days I have all my wedding photos on that unit and i have not backed them up i have phoned them up agine and an was told it will get pasted on to floor 2 i allso have sent letmerepair a message back to the email thay sent me and thay have not responed to me the sevice i have receved is off poor quality
