I took out a GOTALK prepaid phone contract several months ago for $15 but later discovered fron my Credt Card statement that I had been charged 6 times. The company said they would only credit this to my phone and extend the expiry time of the contract. I agreed.

The phone was then misplaced and GOTALK agreed to transfer the sredit to a new phone
so I purchased a new SIM card which I was told would be delivered within 2 days.
The card did not arrive after 1 week, and the company cannot give me information as to whetehr it was sent as this is the domain of the supervisor, who has not / will not contact me.
This is a company which at best is very inefficient and at worst defrauded me.
