Cellular Express Of Indiana
CellularExpress - Signed a contract for air card. ATT is the tower provider

Internet & Web

Cellular express and I signed a contract for air card for my desktop computer
ATT is the tower that I get my single from and it is not strong enough to speed up the computer enough from dial up to make much difference. ATT agreed to cancel thier contract but Cellular is not. I purchased the card on Nov. 5 of 08. The contract says I must keep the account for 190 days or I owe them $400.00. I have had the card for 105 days and called them and explained my situation and was told the only way to get out was to keep the card the whole 190 days or give them $400.00. When I ask why would I give you $400.00 when all I have left is 85 days. I ask how much they would take to settle the contract now so I could go to another internet provider and they would not discuss it. They said I had to keep it the full time and after the 190 days the card was mine (which I can't use) otherwise I had to pay the $400 and give the card back to them. So for another two and a half months I must stay with a provider that does not have a good signal to send because Cellular will not work with me. I offered to pay thier commision for the remaing time and they would not listen.
