Ordered a box set of videos. Went to track them. Found no movement, so I called the postal service who informed me the package was on is way to Great Britian. Which would be good, but I live in Arkansas. E-mailed company, They resent my invoice to me, but did't explain why my package was mailed to the wrong continent. Still waiting to hear (8-29-12).
