Refund - Craftsman push mowe

I ordered a part from Sears today and when I received the invoice, it had not only the wrong parts but the wrong address. I called Sears and they said they could not refund my credit card until the package was mailed back. I asked them how I can return a package that was being mailed to the wrong address? Why am I responsible for their mistake and a package that will never be delivered to me?

Please someone contact me for this ridiculous policy.
