I was concerned because the only confirmation I received was from the PayPal charge, so I emailed them. No response after three tries. Then I researched them on the web (thought they were safe because of PayPal) and see all these reports of scams. Ordered shoes, got sponge, or pen or hairnet. So now I'm pretty sure I've been ripped off too, so I filed a dispute with both PayPal and my credit card because it's linked to PayPal. I don't understand how, with all these complaints, PayPal is still working with them. It makes me lose faith in the security of using PayPal.
