I purchased a magic jack plus at an radio shack, went home to set it up, while setting it up it asked if i wanted to keep my same number for an additional $10. I agreed, then when i started to purchase it, it said $20. So i said ok i will still get it then it kept saying my card was invalid, i thougt i did something wrong after that and i got tired of doing so and stopped later that morning i went to purchase something to eat and my balance wasnt right so i pulled up all of my transactions and it was taken out four times, well i dont have the services at all and magic jack is trying to say the money is still on my card and it isnt, i am not showing the 83.80 that was taken off, as i stated before i dont have the magic jack service so i need my money refunded back to my card
