I have received e mails from; Bill Me Later.com then, today 8/23/'12 I received a bill, and if I am late they will charge me $35.00, the bill was $9.98, what in the world is this for, I never was aware that it even existed, These people have sent e mails, not knowing what it was, so I deleted them, as I said today I received a bill, it makes no sense to me at all. I wrote on the bill cancel, without any payment, that I did not need that to pay a bill. Thank You, Martha B. West MW@TDS.net 8/23/'12
