Bag handle tared

I bought a CK bag from Metro City mall in Istanbul back in March I paid for it $400 as it was from the new collection. Now 5 months later, the leather in bag handle is teared. Not the qularity i expect from CK or for the amount i've paid. Its not misuse because i take very good care of my belongings, especially the expsneive ones. I took a picture of the bag, if you want me to post it please let me know where can I do this

I'm expecting to have this bag replaced please
