I paid $4641.00 for furniture in the store and found them at another location for a little less about $635.00 less! When I asked to cancel the sale the next day they said they would match the price I found at the other store. I agreed and had a credit of $635.00 which I had over paid with the original purchase. The Items had not been delivered to her store after several weeks which upset my significant other significantly this was my first issue with the store. Then when I asked to get the money back I over paid because I had no desire to buy anything else they refused and I had only one option to sue costing more money and time. I chose not to waist my time for this insted warning others of the poor business practices of the company, Since Audries Design in Murray, UT 84107 would not give me my money and my only recourse is to sue or and or tell the world of thier practices, well here I am letting you know that I will never do business with them again and I recomend you stay away from such a company as well. They also charged me $100.00 for delivery and missed a the delivery date and time by a week with no compensation like all I have to do with my life is wait for them at my home all day which I did. This is just a few issues I have had with Audries Design in Murray, UT 84107 I would not recommend shopping here they are less than fair and poor business practices seem to be common place. I would have to sue to get my money back so I would call this theft. Stay away take my advice shop some place else. I will use my credit unless I become more angered by them which would cause me to take other actions. Thanks for your time have a great day.
