Employee hit, slapped and used bad words to the customer who bought furniture ripoff

I have bought a furniture for $2300 from this home design furniture. When I bought we have informed to deliver all within Aug-15. But they didn't deliver it on time and delivered on a week after. During the time when we bought, the manager, who is a employee also informed that, lot of discounts and we will give free bedframe if bed is purchased. We bought the bed and that time he informed, bed will be delivered with frame. But he didn't write this in the invoice slip. That time, we also didn't took much attention. We have paid all the money. As he informed, the furnitures are delivered, with the bed frame also. But later he called and informing us that, we not supposed to deliver that, delivery persons gave by mistake to you and it is not free. During delivery, dining table was damaged, when I called, they informed new one will be delivered within two weeks. Also we saw there were few scratches in chairs. Also they didn't bring few furnitures as supposed to be delivered with others. When we asked, the delivery person has informed, "you have to come store and collect it". So, I and my wife went to the store for pickup. That time, the manager who sold furniture was there. He asked about the bed frame back. We told, "sir, you told during the time of buying, this is free, now how can I ask back. Also we paid full money". He becomes so tension and started scolding with rubbish words telling that, we didn't treat delivery person properly when they come home for delivery, etc., I told "what we have to treat them, we gave them juice, etc., and helped also for assemble the furniture". But he is not at all listening. He scoleded my wife and yelled me as "Stupid, etc., ". Also told us "Get out of the store". Even then I am quite. But he become more tension and shouting at my wife. When I told, "sir dont shout at her, and tell to me". Immediately he told "You stupid, dont talk" and slapped two/three times in my face heavily. My wife came in front to stop, but they pushed her down. To protect myself from his hitting, I put my hand infront of me. After see this, his son and another employee who was working there, came and took separately. After few minutes, his son told that "sorry, i will come and fix the scratches, also a new dining table will be delivered within two weeks". Also he asked I have to pay $50 for bed frame otherwise return it. I have informed "Take your bed frame when you come home to deliver the dining table". Until now he didn't turn.

They took my money and hit/slapped me. When we were buying, they told "free, discounts, etc., ". But after we paid money, asking back. I never see a customer who got hit in the store in USA. No body is there to support us. That time me and my wife were alone. His son is telling after some time that "Even my father did wrong, I will support him only. But I am sorry for whatever happened". Really we feel very bad why bought the furniture from here.

If there is a lawyer, even I am willing to file a complaint and get a compensation from them.
