I purchased the magic jack from a radio shack, and took it home to set it up, i was asked if i wanted to keep my phone number for an additional 10., i did want that only when i used my card to purchase it, it came up 20., so i still proceeded, then it kept saying that my card was invalid, so i tried exactly three more times and it kept saying the same thing, so i just stop turned it off and didnt try no more, so i went to purchase something to eat later and the balance on my card definately was wrong so i pulled of a report of my purchaces and that is when i found out that they had charged me 20.95 4 times, i called to complain and they say it didnt go thru and it should still be on my card, well it isnt on my card, and i really need my money back on my card dont have product and money isnt on my card all it is saying is pending, please can you help me i really need my money back. Thanks
