Magic Jack Wont REFUND! - Magic jack

Had to cancel a credit card cause my very cheaply made magic jack broke and they automatically charged the card, and Will not refund the money for next years service, even though I have not used the piece of crap in forever. They are collecting money and giving me nothing in return, isn't that stealing? I think so!
