Wost customer service, waste of $

I bought magic to work from home and when I tried setting it up last night I opted for the Canadian telephone number for $10 extra. When I provided my credit card info it kept saying that my card is invalid and the transaction didnt go through, so out of frustration I decided to go with the free American telephone number. I called my Visa card company this morning to find out that Magic Jack has charged my credit card 6 times for the amount of $11.18!!! I have been on hold with their "Customer Care" dept for the past 45 minutes and not one live person has answered the line! Their online live agent is also a complete joke. When you explain your situation to them, all they keep saying is: "one moment please" and "I'll be right with you" This product is a complete scam! Do NOT wateds your money!
