Flight booked on Armavia Airlines from Yerevan to Tel Aviv to connect with flight on Easyjet Tel Aviv to London. Armavia Airlines departure from Yerevan was delayed by 20 minutes. Pilot error resulted in the first landing being aborted at Ben Gurion in Tel Aviv resulting in a further 1 hour delay. Result was missed connecting flight. Next flight was 20th August so hotel was required but not offered by Armavia, reschedule of flights and tickets not compensated by Armavia Airlines. When contacting Armavia Airlines the response was totally shifty with advice being to write a letter to the Director general of the Airline but no address or phone number was given, second attempt I was told to write a letter to their law department but again no contact details or name was offered. Eventuallly the Armavia representative suddenly pretended she could not hear me and kept repeating 'Hello! Hello!) then put the phone down. More attempts to contact the Armavia Airline office in Yerevan on their number 374 (0) 60374386 resulted in the phone just not being answered.
