I chated with three different magic jack employees and each conversation was:
They disconnected my phone due to more the 50 calls in one day which was not true. I asked for proof of this (a list of the phone numbers called from my phone and each employee would not provide. I asked for a supervisor name, phone number, and address to talk to and/or write to concerning this matter. Each employee would not provide. Magic jack will not refund and I cannot use their services. These are false accusations against me and now I have no phone service. Can any one help concerning this matter?
