They claim they are working for Microsoft but they are not

We have received several calls from the same person (and or company) saying they are receiving error messages from our computer and need us to go into our computer and give them our computer ID. I asked the guy to give me his name and phone number and I would call him back after I went in and turned my computer on. He gave me the name of Jon Lee and this phone number 1-800-935-6013 - I did not call him back BUT they called us back again and were very adamant that we needed to let them into our computer. They said they were working for Microsoft but we said if Microsoft needed to update our computer they could do it w/o their help and/or send us an e: mail.
