I got a call form Global Connect Cloud. And was told that they are working for Microsoft company, and that they were going to clean all the malware, and virus off my computer. They ask me to turn my computer on, which I did and that they would fix any problem that I may have. I did turn on my computer and gave the ok to work on my computer. I looked as they went through all my files and then they said that they will only charge me 299.00 for a three years protection plan from any malware that I may get. I am afraid of the information that they will get from the searching that they did. How do I get in touch with Microsoft? And should I get rid of this computer. This happened on 8/17/12
