Last night my family and I went to red lobster in bolingbrook, il. We were told it would be a 20, minute wait it was about 40 minutes til we got seated after placing our order at 8:30pm we waited on our food it was now 9:28 on and we had enough of sewing for takes that paced their order after ours get their food and we still hadn't received ours we approached the manager who actually already had a line oddcustomers waiting to complain all she could say is have a nice night sorry... Are you kidding me this was our worst restaurant service ever!!!
