I was terminated from this company for unjust cause (discrimination) and was denied My PTO that i have aquired. I am entiteled to $764.00 for earned time off during duration of employment. I recieved no prior warning of any issues pertaining to my employment with this company however there were many events that took place that i was very disturbed with during time of employment.
