Employment process, they practice age and or race discrimination company doen not keep employees over 35 years old. They let me go and replaced me with someone who was about 20 years old

If you go into a store you will notice everyone is on the average under 25. This makes me think they discriminate by a persons age.

I was employed as a seasonal employee, I am 36 years old. During the course of my employment, I did not see anyone who was over 32 years of age. I had another job anyways, but at the end of my employment. They replaced my job for someone who was 20 years old. This makes me wonder if they practice age and or race discrimination. This would not be hard to prove, if you went into the store in Millbury Mass, you would know what im talking about, just look around.
