Stopped me from seeking other employment

This company has left me on lay off for 2 months an counting. I seek other employment but was denied the job due to IRG threatening to sue the company that would hire me and also sue me.

If there are any other employees of IRG who have gone through similar situations please post your complaints here. They have treated us unfairly with lack of communication and hinder us from seeking other employment in our field.
