These people have collected $25 from me twice; once in January and again in July. They should have only charged me $20 co-pay.
They keep sending me bills and saying I haven't paid them. They collected $25 on January 16 and I mailed them a check in July, that they cashed on July 31. I took proof to them on the payment in July, and their billing department told me they found that I had paid $25 on January 16.
