I brought a coupon under outlet.com. Sg on May 25. The coupon mention that redemption period from 28 June ~ 28 July. But when I called them on 28 June, the staff informed me that the shipment delay and will be ready to collect on 30 July only. But when I called them on 30 July the staff informed me that the items will be arrive end on this week only. But now I called them today 02 Aug and nobody answer the phone. I just want to know how can I claim back my money and I have paid to credit card company.
