An online mechanic and I had agreement for him to fix my computer for 189.00His name was Greg. When I got statement from PayPal, there was an extra charge of 149.00 on there. I did not agree to this and I donot feel it my duty to pay this. I would appreciate help on getting this charge off my bill. Thanks for your help. Peggy Wynelle Waldrep.
