Erroneous Address Email for Shoes Already Returned

I shipped shoes back to Online Shoes in May. Yesterday I received an email from UPS Express with the info that my package could not be sent because of an erroneous address. Along with a new label. I was supposed to get the package (who knows where) and replace the shipping label. I went to 2 UPS stores and neither could understand. There is no UPS Express! Meanwhile I called the company and they HAD received the package and credited my account.
