Cashier with Bloody Finge

When checking out, all my food had been put through (2 items). Once done the cashier said sorry to me as she had cut her finger and took my items and went home. After getting home I noticed I had blood on my shirt, and it was over the items I had purchased. I called the manager to ask what their health and safety practices were. I was told she should have seeked medical attention and that he would talk to here. Would one not disinfect the till? Have many other customers had their food contaminated with her blood? My order was offered to be replaced but I refused as I obviously do not want to go back to that store (Zehrs in Preston) knowing their practices.
