This is a dump site or waste management/disposal.
They offer no yard waste dumping and/or charge garbage rates for yard waste at $. 15 per pound.
Several nearby dump sites (within 10 miles) not only have yard waste dumping ($. 025 per pound), but only charge $. 05 per pound. Their minimum charge is 3 times higher than their competitors maximum charge, and 6 times higher for yard waste.
This clearly justifies driving the extra 10 miles (even at 10 mpg)!
