Another victim of a scam by this company and Body Cleanse (I think they are the same one)

Rang on 13th day as they took the money from my bank exactly 14 days after ORDER not receipt.

In the UK, statutory consumer rights are 14 days from receipt.

I could not use the product as it didn't work and made me feel ill. I only took 6 days worth and unfortunately my hubbie was very poorly so emailing to cancel the order was the last thing on my mind
Company has refused to refund the money saying that the terms and conditions say 14 days from date of purchase, not date of receipt.

I am now down £112.50 from my account - a sum I can ill afford.

I saw this on Facebook, was desperate to lose weight and I have been soundly taken advantage of.

Facebook should remove this advert as they are a bunch of (Inappropriate Content Removed)
