Responded to an ad on facebook for free trial, payment for postage only required. Didn't receive any confirmation emails. Received Bio Cleanse after 3 weeks but not African Mango and now credit card has been charged another $97.00 from exmangobill. According to my bank part of the terms and conditions are that this amount will be charged the following month unless cancelling order within 14 days and billing will continue each month as product is shipped. Only problem is there is nowhere to go to cancel order and product is not being shipped! My bank has cancelled that card so no further amounts can be charged and issuing me with another and I will follow through with a chargeback for non receipt of goods. Everyone needs to act on this quickly through their credit card provider so that chargebacks can be processed.
