Poor customer service - laminate flooring

We selected carpet and laminate floor from the sales rep. And set the date for installation and was told that it would be installed in one day. The installers arrived and did not have the carpet, and said that it would be a two day job. They were short og transsition material and 1/4 round. Brought more 1/4 round the 2nd day and put it in. Unfortuately it does not match. Still short of trnsition material. Been in contact with sales rep. At least 10 times and all you get is the run around and the same lies that the will take care of the problem. EMPIRE is a big farce and rip off. They do not care about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definetly will be contacting an attorney and will put them on TV with the problem solvers show.
