Unsafe Product & Company Influence on Drs

Dr. Performed this procedure with a company represenative present. Approximately five weeks later had to have surgery to remove two devices. Conceptus, the company represenative never reported the adverse event to the FDA. Continued with pain and problems for the next three years. Had another surgery where an unknown third device was found. No report has ever been made to the FDA by Conceptus or the doctors. Have personally spoken with Mr. Greg Lichtward about this but yet still no reports made. I believe that Conceptus is intentionally not making adverse event reports so that no one will know the failures of this product. I believe that since there was a company represenative present during the placement of these devices that they had a duty to report or notify me that there was a third device placed in me. I spent thousands of dollars on tests and was in agony for three years due to all of this.
