Painful, visible, palpable, cranial plate!

I had a surgery on Nov. 4 in which a "dissolvable" plate, made by this company was used to hold the bone back in place. This device is supposed to be "low profile" not painful, palpable or visible but in fact it is all of those! This company has not acted professionally regarding my "on going" still unresolved issue. As a result of my experience, after using this product made by this company for six years, my suggeon has stopped using their product, has seeked out and is currently using another product. I would not want anyone else to go through what I am going through but apparently this company is not concerned about that! Also, Stryker is the distributor of this product in the US and they too have completely mishandled this situation! I am disgusted!!!
