Unauthorized charges to my credit card

We got the Vonage support because they provided inexpensive Worldwide phone prices. I requested the v phone (system that links towards the Hardware of the pc). Assume to become ideal for tourists. You are able to contact from any pc having a DSL or wire support. Well which was the error I created. Our charge card was billed $39.99 for that system and that I obtained it in 2 times. After about 5 times the unit simply quit functioning and so I named customer support to obtain a substitute. Talked to somebody having an Indian accent who I believe did not realize my requirements trigger my card was billed again to get a second system. Named back again to protest and also the corrected the costs after seven days. Obtained the 2nd system following a couple of days having a new quantity. To my shock I obtained a next system with another following a few more times. At that time I had been so annoyed that I named to stop the support all completely. The Indian woman about the point didn't wish to stop the support. She offered me every justification she might think about for not rescheduling the support. I had been transferred back again to the united states where they offered my 3 verification figures for return products and an address in Nj to deliver the products back again to. Because it was 3 products I questioned easily may deliver allinone container since I have needed to spend the delivery price. Following a couple of days I acquired a contact saying they'd obtained and refined 1 system. And so I named to discover what occurred towards the additional 2 products which were within the same container. They stated that they just obtained 1 system and so I was owing them 2 more devices charging $39.99 each and that I couldnot obtain a reimbursement of the initial $39.99 I settled given that they couldnot discover the 2 products. I had been annoyed. I'd to dam my charge card from their store and obtain a brand new one given that they keep attempting to cost me for products used to donot have. FRUSTRATED! Up to now I've not obtained any reimbursement from Vonage.
