This incident happen to me twice. They told me that they were going to deduct the total payment for services the following month but they turned around and billed me the next half hour. I was truly happy about the incident because I was short on cash this month that the customer service agent had told me that they were going to deduct the money in September and then when I checked my Balance with my bank they had took out the money plus put money on hold. I was really frustrated because I now have a small amount of income to help me. I told them that I would be seeing the withdrawal next month and lo and behold they went against my authority and processed my credit card. I felt violated by this company because they went ahead without any permission to process my card. This has happened to me twice.
