I called the phone service of Wells Fargo 24 hrs service to check the balance of checking account, there I found out that I had a deduction of $17.61 dated July 10 on which I did not use their service and I never allow them to deduct it to my debit card. This is not only the first time, There is also another incident last month (June) I can tell you later the date. (I am going to check back on my bank statement) amounting to $38.95.
How would I refund my money.
