I am also very upset that I did not know I was signing up for more deliveries unless I liked the product. The money was removed from my credit card before I received the item, I could not figure out at first what was coming off my credit card. I have left a message for them to call me and I sent an email but they said to give them a call. They did not answer their phone. I will send the product back if I can get a credit applied to my credit card.
