Wu-yi Tea Company
Charging my credit card after I canceled and I am not receiving the product

I ordered Wu yi tea and I found that it did nothing for me. I called the company and no answer on the phone so I left a message for them to call me back which they did not. I left an e-mail canceling my order and no reply. The next month I get my credit card and I was charged for the tea again but never received any. The next month I was billed again. I tried calling and e-mailing the company but no reply. My husband called the credit card and we are going to fill out a dipute.

In the mean time I have been charged for this tea two times with no product received. I don't understand how they can get away with this. I am so upset that this company will not anwer my e-mails or even return my phone calls. If I were you do not order from this company!
