Did not request a new version of your product. However this morning at 4 am (don't know what time zone), my credit card was charged $43.05. I do not want this product and I want you to remove this charge from my account. I will give you one week to make this change.
I was consistently getting a message that this product was up for renewal, but I kept hitting the button for 'Remind me later'. I had no idea that you would automatically bill me for this.
Once again I do not want this product and I would like to have my credit card charge removed immediately.
