Scam!

I recieved a message early in the morning on my cell phone, it was a man who stated that I better call him back as soon as I recieved the message because it was time sensitive this man had a very strong middle eastern accent. He stated that if I didn't contact him back and ignored the call I would see the consequences the next day. I called the man back and another person answered the phone (with a strong middle eastern accent as well) he asked me for my case number I stated I didn't have one that I did not know why they were calling me. The man then stated that I was being prosecuted for 3 charges of fraud, wire fraud, check fraud and another I can't remember he stated that I logged onto US Bank and had money transferred from them to my account at that point I said what I don't understand and he stated my social as well as my bank name and my whole account number! The man said so why would someone lie about this we have all of your information, he even gave me the name of my sister! The man then stated that I took the money on December 1 and the email account he stated I used was my work account that I didn't start until February of this year. He stated that it was taken out in my married name which I didn't change from my maiden name until this year as well. I advised him of that and he stated the money I stole was 5,484.00 and that didn't include all of the attorney fees. He stated that I needed to give him my attorneys information now because I would be arrested at my home or work the next day. I asked him what amount was supposedly taken from US Bank he state he could not give me that exact amount because US Bank did not provide him with that information. So I then asked the man what his company name was he stated that it was a law firm, I then asked again what it was he stated it was the legal affidavidt Law Firm. I then asked for his address or number to contact someone at US Bank he stated he could not give me the contact number for US Bank. I asked again for the address and he hesitated, so I repeated myself three times before he gave it to me. After that I asked him to fax me the affidavidt and he stated he couldn't do that because it would be defamation of charactor. So I continued to ask more questions and he became frustrated and stated to me that I would get what was coming to me tomorrow and hung up. I contacted the police and as I was doing that I decided to see if I could reverse look up the number and came up with nothing so I decided to google the address and this web site is the first thing that came up! I seen the words scam and my heart sank, I couldn't breath this man has all of my personal information even my account bank account information. I then called these people back after I spoke to the police and advised him that I told the cops and I know what they are doing, I know who they are and they are not going to get away with this. If it was not for this website I probably would have paid them something, or they could have taken all of my money from my account who knows what these crazy people are capable of. The only advice I have is trust your instinct and always ask questions and get the proof if you have even a little doubt in what you are hearing.
