How to speak to the customers

I enter the store to buy a few weekly speaciels. I ask a empolyee if thereb was a limit to what i have to buy and they said "no". I cont. To go about my business and notice that a few works were looking at me and lauphing. I went to checkout and the cashire was on the phone with the service desk and the cashire said "ok... She is right here" she hanged up the phone and told me that there was a limit to what i had to buy. On the ad there is no limit and a worker told me no limit. I brought the two special and notice that at the service desk the workers were looking at me and talking and lauphing at me. I am spanish female going to school to better my engish not perfect as you can see but to see people who work at a place and make fun of anyone the company should go and take a course in service excellence. That is my complaint.
