I had ordered two purses I then received an email stating one not in stock and to send another choice. I then went back and forth for about a month, everyone I requested was out of stock was then offered a free wallet for inconvenience. Finally asked that they just send what was in stock and the free wallet, which they did send damaged purse and charge me for both purses ordered and charged me for FREE wallet told me they had refunded my money for purse. 59.00 and 24.00 for Wallet which I have never seen. Sent many emails then emails would not go through any more these were from Rose I have never received my refund nor any reparations. Lesson learned
