I ordered 2 "coach" purses and a "coach" wallet online from coachoutletonline.com. The products are horrible. I carried one purse for maybe a month before the handle broke, and the wallet's snap is barely hanging on. I haven't even taken the other bag out of the package. I would like my money refunded but cannot get anyone to return my calls or emails. This is a scam!
